Karen Lohmann, MA
Ms. Lohmann has worked with families, individuals and teachers as both a trainer and behavior consultant, in home and school settings, day program and residential care for over twenty years. She received her master’ s degree from John F. Kennedy University. Her emphasis has consistently been to provide compassionate service with a strong ABA focus.

Ms. Lohmann has worked for United Cerebral Palsy, foster care agencies, Regional Centers (both as a vendor and in the clinical department as a behavior analyst at Far Northern Regional Center). She has also worked with interdisciplinary feeding/nutrition clinics through FNRC and provided behavior consultation at a school for the deaf and Gaurdian Ad Litem.

For several years, she designed full inclusion behavioral plans and provided in-service training for teachers while employed at Spectrum Behavioral & Educational Services, Berkeley. In addition to her consultation work at UBI, she also volunteers as a tutor at Bridge the Gap in Marin County.
