Natalie Thoreson, M.Ed.
Natalie J. Thoreson has worked with and supported people with disabilities since 1996. She holds a Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a concentration in social justice training and design, and a B.S. in psychology from Utah State University. She will be pursuing certification in applied behavior analysis from Penn State in 2009.

Her background in psychology and social justice education informs her efforts in supporting people with disabilities, and liberating and empowering consumers both as individuals and as important members of our communities. Natalie was a featured presenter at the 2007 California Social Work Education Center (CalSWEC) Title IV-E Student Conference in San Diego and the 2008 Human Services Agency Diversity Conference in San Francisco.

In addition to her work with Understanding Behavior, Inc., Natalie consults for the Community College of San Francisco training department, Seneca Center training department and is a co-founder of InVision Consulting, specializing in developing and sustaining healthy, inclusive K-12 communities.
