Thomas Widger, MA.Psych., BCBA
Thomas Widger received his Master of Arts in Psychology in 1995 from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Mr. Widger began his career in 1996 providing home-based behavioral services to severely emotionally disturbed adolescents at the Ulster County Youth Advocate Program in Kingston, New York.

After moving to California, Mr. Widger began working at the California Autism Foundation (CAF) in 2000. During his 9-year tenure at the CAF, he served as a Special Education Teacher, Work-Ability I Director and Supported Living Coordinator. After receiving his certification in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2003, he was promoted to Clinical Director over all of the CAF/ABC programs. Mr. Widger joined UBI’s behavioral consulting team in 2008.
