UBI is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior
Analyst (BCaBA) to provide up to 24 hours per month of consultation services to a children and adults
with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting and completing functional behavioral and skills assessments
- Developing and monitoring skill acquisition curriculum
- Developing and monitoring behavior support plans
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress
- Training of staff, teachers and/or parents to implement behavior support plans and curriculum
- Report writing
Qualifications required:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Experience with DTT and other behavior intervention methodologies
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in training and support of staff, teachers and parents
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
