UBI is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide up to 24 hours per month of consultation services to a children and adults with developmental disabilities.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and completing functional behavioral and skills assessments
  • Developing and monitoring skill acquisition curriculum
  • Developing and monitoring behavior support plans
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress
  • Training of staff, teachers and/or parents to implement behavior support plans and curriculum
  • Report writing

Qualifications required:

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Experience with DTT and other behavior intervention methodologies
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in training and support of staff, teachers and parents
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
