Understanding Behavior is a national professional organization of providers that specializes in individuals with developmental disabilities.
Understanding Behavior provides behavior services throughout the entire U.S. We also offer services internationally. Our providers include Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who work across a variety of settings including adult residential facilities, youth group homes, day programs, supported living environments and military bases. We also have a strong focus on working with infants and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through our Early Intervention Services.
We focus on the whole family and environment, specifically on children and adults diagnosed or struggling with developmental disabilities and challenges.
To provide all families with children who have special needs the opportunity to improve the independence, inclusion, and overall quality of life of their child. We do this through evidence-based, pragmatic treatment, consultation and teaching based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
